Taco Soup Weight Watchers Recipe:
Lb ground turkey breast or ground beef (lean form)
1 finely chopped large onion
15 ounce can stewed tomatoes (use any flavor you want)
1- 1/4 ounce package taco seasoning mix
15 ounce can stewed tomatoes (use Mexican flavor)
15 ounce can whole kernel corn
15 ounces can hot chili beans
5 ounce can pinto beans
1- 1/4 ounce package hidden valley ranch dressing mix
1. Take one pan and brown the ground meat and chopped onions then drain.
2. Add the taco seasoning mix or ranch dressing and mix well into the meat.
3. Add them all the other ingredients, which are mentioned in the ingredients list without draining.
4. Cook mixture for about 1 hour.
5. Serve up hot, and topped with raw onions, cheese, sour cream, avocado, or nacho chips (optional).
